Who controls your data
Ray is operated by TechSpecs group entities. Depending on your region, support route, and payment processor, one or more of these entities may act as data controller for personal data collected through the Ray website, checkout, customer support, and customer communications.

Data we collect
We collect only the information needed to run the website, process orders, provide support, and meet legal obligations.

SimplePay data transfer declaration
When a card payment is routed to SimplePay, card details are entered directly on SimplePay's hosted payment page. We do not receive or store your card number, CVC, or full card credentials.

- Listmonk and email infrastructure for transactional receipts, product updates, and customer list management.
- Hosting, logging, analytics, spam prevention, and customer support providers used to operate and protect the site.
- Advertising or measurement pixels, including Meta and X, only where they are enabled on the website.
Legal bases
- Contract necessity for checkout, payment, delivery, licensing, support, and account-related communications.
- Legal obligation for accounting, tax, fraud prevention, chargeback handling, and compliance records.

Retention
We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purpose collected, unless a longer period is required by law. Accounting and payment records may be retained for statutory tax and accounting periods. Support messages are kept while needed to resolve the request and maintain a useful support history.
Pending order records are used to match the payment provider's notification to your checkout details. They are not used to store card details.
Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or receive a copy of your personal data. You can also withdraw consent for optional marketing at any time.
